Abstract: PURPOSE: A parasite separation device is provided to spend only a minute on separation by selecting the proper degree of vacuum, thereby remarkably reducing time for separating parasites from a fish-digested solution. CONSTITUTION: A parasite separation device for detecting parasites from a fish-digested solution comprises: a storage container; a fish-digested solution pipe which is connected to the storage container and has filters; and a vacuum pump which is connected to the storage container. The filters have different pore sizes of 0.5-2.0 mm, 200-300 um, 80-1500 um, and 40-60 um. Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for digesting fish is provided to remove toxicity and risk by replacing hydrochloric acid with citric acid. CONSTITUTION: A composition for digesting fish contains 3-9% of citric acid and 0.3-3% of pepsin which are mixed in a weight ratio of 3:1-9:1. Citric acid and pepsin are powder. The composition additionally contains water.
