The present invention relates to a method for enhancing an immune reaction of immune cells including increase of an amount of active oxygen in immune cells in vitro. According to the present invention, growth of tumor can be inhibited and various immune diseases can be treated by improving the immune reaction of immune cells.

PURPOSE: A real-time cell vitality analysis apparatus by controlling photoenergy and magnetic field is provided to accurately analyze drug treatment effect. CONSTITUTION: A real-time cell vitality analysis apparatus(10) comprises: a cell culture device(30) mounted on a sample support(21) of a microscope(20); a magnetic field application unit(40) having a magnetic field control device which is connected to a magnetic field generation device; a light source unit(50) which is mounted to irradiate light to the cell culture device; a culture condition control unit(60) which is mounted to control the cell culture condition; and a step of display unit(70) mounted to monitor the cell vitality.
