Abstract: 본 발명은 테라헤르츠 전자기파를 약물이 도포된 인체 부위에 방사하고, 상기 인체 부위로부터 반사된 테라헤르츠 전자기파로부터 상기 약물의 흡수도를 표시하는 이미지를 생성하는 경피성 약물 전달 과정의 테라헤르츠 영상 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 인체에 손상을 주지 않고 시간 경과에 따른 약물의 분포 등을 영상화할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A terahertz imaging method of a transdermal drug transfer process and an apparatus thereof are provided to detect a drug within tissue in a non-invasive manner without damage of the tissue using a terahertz spectral spectrum. CONSTITUTION: A terahertz imaging apparatus includes a generation part(100), a detection part(200), and a controller(300). The generation part radiates terahertz electromagnetic waves to a human body. The generation part excites the terahertz electromagnetic waves using a photoconduction method or an optical rectification method. The detection part creates a first electric signal based on the terahertz electromagnetic waves reflected from the human body. The detection part creates the first electric signal using a photoconduction switching specimen extraction method or an electrical-optical specimen extraction method. The controller comprises a program(310), a processor(320), and a memory(330).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供透皮药物转移方法的太赫兹成像方法及其装置，以非侵入性方式检测组织内的药物，而不会使用太赫兹频谱谱损伤组织。 构成：太赫兹成像装置包括生成部件（100），检测部件（200）和控制器（300）。 生成部分向人体辐射太赫兹电磁波。 发电部分利用光电导法或光学整流方法激发太赫兹电磁波。 检测部基于从人体反射的太赫兹电磁波产生第一电信号。 检测部件使用光电导切换样本提取方法或电光学样本提取方法创建第一电信号。 控制器包括程序（310），处理器（320）和存储器（330）。
