Abstract: A method for providing a diabetic care service by a healthcare server according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: maintaining a medical examination form database storing a medical examination form on diabetic living conditions including at least one item among a smoking item, a drinking item, an alcohol consumption item, a urine volume item, a portion item, and a weight change item; providing a patient to be managed with the medical examination form on diabetic living conditions in each predetermined cycle; receiving, from the patient to be managed, response information about each item including the medical examination form on diabetic living conditions; and reading the response information and controlling the performance of a selected event for the patient to be managed, depending on the reading results.
