Abstract: PURPOSE: An adhesive elastic block is provided to increase the height limit of fall due to its high elasticity when used for children's playground and to extend the service life due to its low water absorption. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive elastic block comprises a bottom layer(110), a surface layer(120), pin holes(130) and 1-component urethane. The bottom layer is made of EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate). The surface layer is made of EP(Ethylene Propylene) and bonded to the top surface of the bottom layer. The pin holes are formed on the bonded surface of the bottom layer. The 1-component urethane is impregnated in the pin holes to form wedge-shaped junction.
