Abstract: PURPOSE: A Photographic system and a method thereof are provided to automatically recognize a user and enable the user to manage photos taken by the user at anytime and anywhere. CONSTITUTION: A control server includes the followings. A database(202) stores photo data of each user. A portable terminal registering unit(210) registers a portable terminal which a user possesses when entering in a facility. The portable terminal registering unit generates the database. A location information sensing unit(220) determines whether the user enters in a photographing area base on location information of the portable terminal. When the user enters in the photographing area, a camera controlling unit(230) takes a photo of the user with a camera.
