Abstract: 본 발명은 클로로겐산(chlorogenic acid), 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염, 또는 이의 유도체를 포함하는, 위식도 역류 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성 물 및 위식도 역류 질환의 예방 또는 개선용 식품 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 클로로겐산, 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염, 또는 이의 유도체는 위 내 pH 변화 없이, 위 또는 십이지장의 내용물이 식도로 역류하여 발생되는 식도 병변의 면적을 감소시키고, 염증 세포의 조직학적 변화를 감소시키는 바, 부작용 없이 위식도 염류성 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing chlorogenic acid and a derivative thereof is provided to reduce histological change of inflammatory cells and to prevent or treat gastroesophageal reflux disorder without side effect. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating gastroesophageal reflux disorder contains chlorogenic acid or pharmaceutically acceptable salt or derivative thereof. The pharmaceutical composition additionally contains pharmaceutically acceptable carriers, excipient, or diluent. The salt is sodium is chlorogenic acid sodium or chlorogenic acid potassium. The derivative is 4-caffeoylquinic acid, 5-caffeoylquinic acid, 3,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid, 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid, 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid, 3-feruloylquinic acid, 4-feruloylquinic acid, 5-feruloylquinic acid, or 3-feruloyl-4-caffeoylquinic acid. A food composition for preventing or treating gastroesophageal reflux disorder contains chlorogenic acid, salt, or derivative.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有绿原酸及其衍生物的组合物，以减少炎性细胞的组织学变化并预防或治疗胃食管反流障碍而无副作用。 构成：用于预防或治疗胃食管反流病的药物组合物含有绿原酸或其药学上可接受的盐或衍生物。 药物组合物另外含有药学上可接受的载体，赋形剂或稀释剂。 盐是钠是绿原酸钠或绿原酸钾。 衍生物是4-咖啡酰奎尼酸，5-咖啡酰奎尼酸，3,4-二脱酰奎宁酸，3,5-二茄酸奎宁酸，4,5-二脱氧奎尼酸，3-阿魏酰奎尼酸，4-阿魏酰奎尼酸，5-阿魏酰奎尼酸或 3-阿魏酰-4-咖啡酰奎宁酸。 用于预防或治疗胃食管反流病症的食物组合物含有绿原酸，盐或衍生物。
