Abstract: 본 발명은 초전도 한류기를 고려한 재폐로 제어 시스템 및 그 제어 방법에 관한 것으로, 차단기와 초전도 한류기가 직렬로 연결되어 있는 두 개의 회로가 병렬로 연결되는 초전도 한류 장치, 배전 선로의 소정의 지점에 고장이 발생하는 경우 캐리어 신호를 인가하여 고장 제거 시간을 체크하고, 상기 고장 제거 시간과 상기 초전도 한류기의 회복시간을 고려하여 재폐로 제어를 수행하는 재폐로 차단기 및 재폐로 차단기와 연결되어 부하에 전력을 전달하기 위한 배전 선로를 포함하는 재폐로 제어 시스템 및 이를 이용한 제어 방법을 제공한다.

Abstract: 본발명은비대칭고장전류제거가가능한재폐로차단장치가개시된다. 일실시예에서, 재폐로차단기에있어서, 고장이발생하면, 재폐로차단기의 1차개로동작까지의전류를이용하여임피던스위상각을검출한후 그검출된임피던스위상각을이용하여비대칭고장전류가발생하지않는시점을구한후 그시점에서재폐로시킴으로써비대칭고장전류를감소시키는고장전류조절기를포함하는것으로, 재폐로차단기의무전압시간이후재폐로시비대칭고장전류가발생하지않는시점에서재폐로를제공함으로써시스템을안정적으로유지할수 있는것입니다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A reclosing blocking device for eliminating asymmetrical fault currents and control method thereof are provided to supply a reclosing path at time when asymmetrical fault currents are not generated. CONSTITUTION: A fault current controller is composed of a DFT(Discrete Fourier Transform)(110), a reclosing time detecting unit(120), and a reclosing controller(130). The DFT extracts a basic wave for a fault current in case of a circuit trouble. The reclosing time detecting unit obtains the phase angle of a changed impedance after a malfunction through the time difference between the 0 cross points of a current and a voltage of a basic wave. The reclosing controller performs reclosing at time when the voltage phase of a reclosing circuit breaker is the same as the phase angle of impedance.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种用于消除非对称故障电流的重合闸阻断装置及其控制方法，用于在不产生不对称故障电流时提供重合闸路。 构成：故障电流控制器由DFT（离散傅里叶变换）（110），重合闸时间检测单元（120）和重合闸控制器（130）组成。 在电路故障的情况下，DFT提取故障电流的基本波。 重新闭合时间检测单元通过电流的0个交叉点与基本波的电压之间的时间差来获得故障后的改变的阻抗的相位角。 重合闸控制器在重合闸断路器的电压相位与阻抗相位角相同时执行重合闸。

Abstract: PURPOSE: A reclosing control system considering a super-conduction fault current limiter is provided to the recovery characteristic of the super-conduction fault current limiter in temporary fail while receiving no power. CONSTITUTION: A super-conduction current limiting apparatus(120) is comprised of a switch and a superconducting fault current limiter. The switch and the superconducting fault current limiter are connected in parallel with each other. A reclose breaker(140) performs reclose control. The reclose breaker is arranged between the super-conduction current limiting apparatus and a distribution line(160). The distribution line transfers electric power to a load.
