Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for cooling and heating clean water is provided to simply exchange a spring water container by using a receiving shelf. CONSTITUTION: A receiving shelf(2) is installed to easily exchange a spring water container(3) by mounting wheels(7). A pump(4) conveys water from the spring water container to a water tank(1). A hot water device(5) heats the water supplied from the water tank for storing and supplying the heated water. A cold water device(6) cools the water supplied from the water tank for storing and supplying the cold water.
