Abstract: PURPOSE: A high-density titanium nitride/titanium silicide ceramic composite and a producing method thereof are provided to synthesize the ceramic composite by controlling a pyrolyzing process using a polymer ceramic precursor and an active filler. Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing silicon carbide ceramics is provided to impregnate a polymer ceramic precursor in a silicon carbide green body and to implement a pyrolysis process. CONSTITUTION: A silicon polymer ceramic precursor is impregnated in a silicon carbide green body under a ultrasound processing condition or a vacuum condition. The impregnated silicon polymer ceramic precursor is undergone through a pyrolysis process at temperature lower than 300 degrees Celsius. The silicon polymer ceramic precursor is one or more selected from a group including polysilane, polysilazane, polycarbosilane, polysilaethylene, polyborosilazane, and polysiloxane.
