Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and method for calculating carbon emission reduction using transportation card usage information are provided to enable general public to actively participate in greenhouse-gas reduction campaign. CONSTITUTION: A wireless terminal(100) transmits public transportation information through a wireless communication network. If the public transportation use information is received from the wireless terminal, a carbon emission reduction quantity calculating server(200) calculates the carbon exhaustion reduction amount based on the public transportation information. The carbon exhaustion reduction amount calculating server stores the public transportation information to a wireless terminal user.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用交通卡使用信息计算碳减排的制度和方法，使广大市民积极参与减少温室气体排放活动。 构成：无线终端（100）通过无线通信网络传输公共交通信息。 如果从无线终端接收到公共交通使用信息，则碳排放减少量计算服务器（200）基于公共交通信息计算碳排放量减少量。 减碳量计算服务器将公共交通信息存储到无线终端用户。
