Abstract: PURPOSE: An electronic device, a solar cell, and a method for manufacturing the solar cell are provided to improve the performance of the solar cell or electronic device by interposing graphene between a conductive layer and a function layer. CONSTITUTION: A conductive layer(110) is formed on a substrate(100) and includes one or more kinds of metal elements. A graphene layer(120) is formed on the conductive layer and prevents the diffusion of the metal element. A function layer(130) is formed on the graphene layer and transmits or receives charges using the graphene layer. The conductive layer includes metal materials or conductive oxide.
