Abstract: PURPOSE: A west nile virus-derived nucleotide molecule is provided to enable molecular research of west nile virus infection causing encephalitis and develop genetic marker and vaccine to the west nile virus. CONSTITUTION: A west nile virus-derived nucleotide molecule comprises nucleotide sequence selected from sequence numbers 1 to 4 and complementary sequence to the nucleotide sequence. A primer or probe which is specifically hybridized to the west nile virus-derived nucleotide molecule. A recombinant vector contains west nile virus-derived nucleotide sequence and a promoter which is operatively linked to the west nile virus-derived sequence. The promoter is SP6 promoter or T7 promoter.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供西尼罗病毒衍生的核苷酸分子，使西尼罗河病毒感染引起脑炎的分子研究，并为西尼罗病毒开发遗传标记和疫苗。 构成：西尼罗病毒衍生的核苷酸分子包含选自序列号1至4的核苷酸序列和与核苷酸序列的互补序列。 与西尼罗河病毒衍生的核苷酸分子特异性杂交的引物或探针。 重组载体含有西尼罗病毒衍生的核苷酸序列和可操作地连接到西尼罗病毒衍生序列的启动子。 启动子是SP6启动子或T7启动子。
