Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for allocating a channel bandwidth in a wireless internet protocol television system are provided to allocate an additional band for an additional user while securing the QoS of existing users by using a dynamic band allocation technique depending on an invention. CONSTITUTION: In a unit time setup step, a remaining execution time is measured until a service of the terminals which receive a current service. In a channel band calculation step, a channel band which can be secured per unit time of each terminal which receives a current service. A time information reception unit(601) receives data non-reception execution time information which is an executable time through only the data stored at a buffer(651) of the terminal which receives a current service.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An electric motor driving device for controlling direct current link voltage is provided to reduce a voltage in a low-speed driving range with a low counter electromotive force and increase the voltage in a rapid-speed driving range with a high counter electromotive force. CONSTITUTION: A buck-boost converter(10) switches a battery voltage to a buck mode or a boost mode and outputs a direct current link voltage. An inverter(20) converts the direct current link voltage to an alternating current and transmits the alternating current to an electric motor. A converter controller(30) measures the driving rate of the electric motor and generates control signal to vary the size of the direct current link voltage.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A channel converting method in an IPTV using preference channel information and a system performing the same are provided to minimize channel zapping time by using the preference channel information of the user. CONSTITUTION: An HG(home gateway)(300) transmits broadcasting data transmitted from a main channel, which a user terminal(100) selects, to the user terminal. The HG joins a candidate channel by using a candidate channel table. If the user terminal connects a main channel during channel maintaining time, the HG releases the candidate channel. The HG confirms the time when the transmission of broadcasting data is completed and rejoins the released candidate channel.
