Abstract: PURPOSE: A PSS(Product-Service System) service blueprint providing device and a method thereof are provided to supply a service blueprint by mapping one or more information based on mutual relation and graphically processing the mapped information and an associative relationship between the mapped information. CONSTITUTION: A data mapping unit(110) maps one or more of information about people related to a PSS, the behavior of the people, functions, and images related to the performance of the functions based on mutual relation. A service blueprint display unit(120) graphically processes the mapped information and an associative relationship between the mapped information. The service blueprint display unit displays a service blueprint through the process. The service blueprint display unit includes a first service blueprint interface displaying an associative relationship between the behavior of the related people.
