Abstract: PURPOSE: A universal access control system and method thereof are provided to intellectually utilize a service using a situation recognition system and by supporting an access control based on situation information. CONSTITUTION: An access control management unit(100) determines the situation or basic role of a user according to a user access and requests the determined role to a role allocation management unit(200). The access control management unit determines the authority of the user as basic authority or purpose authority and requests the determined authority to the authority allocation management unit(300). The role allocation management unit allocates a role tuple to the access control management unit by searching the role tuple in a storage unit according to the request of the access control management unit. The authority allocation management unit allocates an authority tuple by searching the authority tuple in the storage unit according to the request of the access control management.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A user adaptive recommendation system is provided to reduce the time taken for the analysis of a new user by classifying users through the use of the divergence of a decision tree. CONSTITUTION: Based on a preference information on a product of users, a user group generator(110) generates the group of users having similar preference. A group agent generator(120) generates a group agent including an average value as reference information. A product recommending unit(130) generates a ranking list of the product similar to the preference of the generated group agent. The product recommending unit generates the preference of the generated group agent and the ranking list of the similar product. The product recommendation unit transfers the generated ranking list to the users of the user group which is represented by the group agent.
