Abstract: A vaccine for the prevention and treatment of pasteurellosis by using the yeast surface-expression system is provided to induce the immune response by the simple immunization method such as the immunity vaccine in dermis by using the mucous membrane vaccine and tattooing device as well as oral vaccine. The recombinant nucleotide for producing the vaccine for prevention and treatment of pasteurellosis or treatment comprises the nucleotide encoding the outer membrane peptide of Pasteurella multocida, the nucleotide including the aureobasidin A resistant gene, and the nucleotide encoding the LTB(heat-labile enterotoxin subunit) peptide.

Abstract translation: 提供一种通过使用酵母表面表达系统预防和治疗巴斯德氏菌病的疫苗，通过使用粘膜疫苗和纹身装置以及口服疫苗的真皮免疫疫苗等简单免疫方法诱导免疫应答 。 用于制备用于预防和治疗巴斯德氏菌病或治疗的疫苗的重组核苷酸包括编码多杀巴斯德氏菌的外膜肽的核苷酸，包括金丝蓝蛋白A抗性基因的核苷酸和编码LTB（热不稳定肠毒素亚基）肽的核苷酸 。

Abstract: 본 발명은 효모표면발현시스템을 이용한 파스튜렐라증 예방용 또는 치료용 백신 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 ⅰ) 파스튜렐라 멀토시다 (Pasteurella multocida)의 외피막 펩타이드을 코딩하는 뉴클레오타이드, ⅱ) 아우레오바시딘 A(Aureobasidin A) 펩타이드를 코딩하는 뉴클레오타이드 및 ⅲ)LTB(heat-labile enterotoxin subunit) 펩타이드를 코딩하는 뉴클레오타이드를 포함하는 파스튜렐라증의 예방 또는 치료를 위한 백신 제조용 재조합 뉴클레오타이드, 상기 뉴클레오타이드를 포함하는 재조합 발현 벡터 및 상기 벡터를 숙주 세포에 감염시켜 수득되는 파스튜렐라증의 예방 또는 치료용 백신 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의해 제조된 백신 조성물은 경구 백신뿐만 아니라, 점막 백신 및 문신 기구 등을 이용한 진피 내 면역 백신 등 간단한 면역화 방법에 의해서도 면역반응을 유도시킬 수 있다.
