Abstract: 본 발명은 철골구조의 좌굴을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 좌굴방지부를 구비한 철골가새를 개시한다. 본 발명은 좌굴방지부를 구비한 철골가새에 관한 것으로, 일정한 내부공간을 형성하는 관상의 강관과; 상기 강관의 내부공간에 설치되는 중심부재와; 상기 강관을 기둥이나 보와 같은 골조에 고정 거치시키도록 상기 강관의 양측 단부에 구비되는 거치부재로 구성되는 철골가새에 있어서, 상기 강관과 상기 중심부재 사이의 공간에 구비되며 일측면이 상기 중심부재의 외면에 고정 결합되고 타측면이 상기 강관의 내면과 접촉되는 복수의 강봉으로 이루어지는 좌굴방지부를 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 기존 철골가새에 비하여 단면적을 감소시킴으로써 공간활용도를 높이고 구조물의 좌굴을 방지함으로써 지진하중이나 풍하중과 같은 횡력에 대한 에너지를 안정적으로 소산할 수 있다.

Abstract: An iron frame brace with a buckling prevention unit is provided to increase the space conjugation rate by reducing the cross section comparing to an existing iron frame brace. An iron frame brace with a buckling prevention unit comprises: a steel pipe(231) forming an internal space; a core member(232) installed at the internal space of the steel pipe; a placing member(236) equipped at both side end point of the steel pipe in order to anchor and stay the steel pipe in a frame such as a column or a beam; and a buckling preventing unit consisting of a plurality of steel bar(233), and located between the core member and the steel pipe. The one end part of the steel bar connects to the inner side of the steel pipe and the other end part is fixed to the outer surface of the core member.
