Abstract: PURPOSE: A PSS(Product Service System) modeling apparatus and method thereof are provided to effectively develop and design a PSS design process by providing definition, analysis, and visualization for a PSS function based on a computer. CONSTITUTION: An input and output element includes data for each element of information, material, and energy. A data mapping unit(110) maps the information of a person who is concerned with a PSS to the PSS function based on a correlation between the function and the information. A function modeling display unit(130) displays the information mapped to the function using a graphic process. A function division unit(122) divides the function into an upper function and a lower function based on a functional characteristic.
