개시된 내용은 유동층 반응기의 분산판을 냉각하여 유동가스가 분산판의 통기공을 막는 현상을 방지하기 위한 유동층 반응기에 관한 것이다. 유동층 반응기의 본체는 내부 공간을 가지며, 하측에 가스 유입관이 제공되고, 상측에 가스 유출관이 제공되어 있다. 본체의 내부에는 본체의 상하 방향과 수직하게 분산판이 제공되어 있다. 분산판은 내부 공간을 갖도록 제공되어 있다. 분산판에는 노즐이 배치되어 있으며, 냉각수 유입관 및 냉각수 유출관이 연결되어 있다. 냉각수 유입관 및 냉각수 유출관은 본체의 외부로부터 본체의 하부를 통과하여 분산판의 내부와 연통하도록 제공되어 있다. 이와 같이 구성된 본 발명에 따르면, 유동층 반응기용 분산판을 냉각하기 위한 구조를 단순화함으로써 제조공정상 편리함을 제공할 수 있으며, 분산판을 냉각함으로써 유동가스가 분산판에서 열분해되지 않으며 이에 따라 분산판의 통기공이 막히는 현상을 방지할 수 있다. 유동층 반응기, 분산판, 탄소나노튜브

PURPOSE: A toothbrush with recyclable bristles, a manufacturing method thereof, and a toothbrush holder are provided to induce the bristles to move by changing the arrangement of magnetic particles into a straight line. CONSTITUTION: A toothbrush (100) with recyclable bristles comprises a body unit (110) and a head unit (120). The bristles of the head unit comprise polymers, magnetic particles, and coating materials. The polymers serve as the wick of the bristles. The magnetic particles are dispersed in the polymers. The arrangement of the magnetic particles is changed by the influence of magnetic fields applied from the outside. The coating material forms a film on the polymers and the magnetic particles.
Abstract:
A fluidized-bed reactor is provided to perform the manufacturing process conveniently by simply constructing a structure for cooling a distributor of the fluidized-bed reactor, and prevent a phenomenon that vent holes of the distributor are clogged by cooling the distributor such that flowing gas is not thermally decomposed on the distributor. A fluidized-bed reactor comprises: a body(10) having a gas inflow pipe(11) formed on a bottom part thereof, a gas outflow pipe(12) formed on a top part thereof, and an inner space formed therein; a distributor(20) formed in which body perpendicularly to a vertical direction of the body to form an inner space; and a cooling water inflow pipe(41) and a cooling water outflow pipe(42) respectively provided such that the cooling water inflow pipe and the cooling water outflow pipe pass through a bottom part of the body from the outside of the body and communicate with an inner part of the distributor. The fluidized-bed reactor further comprises nozzles(30) formed on a bottom face of the distributor such that the nozzles pass through the inner space of the distributor and are projected from a top face of the distributor to communicate with the inside of the body. The distributor has vent holes or ventilation pipes formed therein such that the vent holes or ventilation pipes pass through the inner space of the distributor to communicate with the inside of the body.

PURPOSE: A method for removing magnetic particles of a surface of a carbon nanomaterial using electrolysis is provided to easily remove the magnetic particles without the damages to the carbon nanomaterial by recovering the ionized magnetic particles in a type of a metal coating film. CONSTITUTION: An electrolysis device comprises an electrolytic cell(5), an electrolytic membrane(1) or a filter cylinder, a metal plate(3), and a power applying unit. The electrolytic cell holds electrolyte(4). The electrolyte interface or the filter container is located in the electrolytic cell. The electrolytic membrane or the filter cylinder is placed in the electrolytic cell, and holds the mixture or combined materials(2) of magnetic particles and carbon nanomaterials. The metal plate is placed in the electrolytic cell, and contains metal components of the magnetic particles. The power applying unit offers potential difference to the mixture and the metal plate.
