Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for providing a creativity cognitive element learning model and a method thereof are provided to improve a creativity cognitive ability by supplying an interaction model to perform an activity according to segmentalized creativity cognitive elements. CONSTITUTION: A learning model DB(database)(230) stores contents according to learning activity models about a plurality of creativity cognitive elements and a control command controlling the execution of the contents. A creativity cognitive element activity provider(220) selects one or more activity models. The creativity cognitive element activity provider provides the selected activity model to a user terminal. The creativity cognitive element activity provider provides one or more activity models having the preset degree of association according to the creativity cognitive elements. Abstract: PURPOSE: A sensitivity diagnosis apparatus and method thereof are provided to offer an interaction design to a user terminal based on a diagonsis result by evaluating the sensitivity index of a user. CONSTITUTION: A database(290) stores sensitivity data including an acknowledgement index and a negation index for words. A text input unit(210) receives a natural language text from a user terminal.
