Abstract: 본 발명에서 제안되는 전자도서 제공 서버는, 사용자 단말의 고유 정보와 전자도서의 열람을 수행하는 어플리케이션의 고유 정보 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 전자도서 요청정보 및 액세스 포인트의 고유 정보를 상기 액세스 포인트로부터 수신하는 통신부, 상기 수신된 전자도서 요청정보 및 액세스 포인트의 고유 정보를 기초로 상기 사용자 단말과 상기 액세스 포인트에 대한 인증을 수행하는 인증부 및 특정 서비스 지역에 위치하는 상기 액세스 포인트의 고유 정보에 대응되게 설정된 전자도서 정보를 검색하여 상기 액세스 포인트로 상기 검색된 전자도서 정보를 제공하는 전자도서 정보 제공부를 포함하고, 상기 설정된 전자도서 정보는 상기 사용자 단말에서 상기 설정된 전자도서 정보에 의해 조절된 메모리 페이지의 용량을 기초로 저장된다.

Abstract: 암호화 기기의 동작을 검증함에 있어 대응되는 복호화 과정을 실행하지 않고 검증하는 암호화 기기의 동작 검증 방법 및 이를 이용한 전자투표 검증 시스템에 관한 것으로, 암호화 기기, 화면 표시 장치 및 증명서 발급 장치를 이용하고, 이용자가 선택한 평문(plaintext)을 입력받아 확률적 암호화(probabilistic encryption) 결과를 출력하는 암호화 기기의 동작 검증 방법으로서, 상기 암호화 기기가 같은 평문에 대한 다수의 암호문을 생성하여 이용자에게 제시하는 단계, 상기 다수의 암호문 가운데 하나를 사용자가 선택하는 단계, 상기 다수의 암호문 가운데 사용자가 선택하지 않은 암호문에 대하여, 상기 암호화 기기가 암호화할 때 사용한 정보를 기록한 증명서를 발급하는 단계, 상기 증명서를 이용하여 상용자가 직접 암호문을 생성한 후 상기 암호화 기기 가 제시한 암호문과 일치하는지 검증하는 단계를 포함하는 구성을 마련한다.
상기와 같은 암호화 기기의 동작 검증 방법 및 이를 이용한 전자투표 검증 시스템을 이용하는 것에 의해, 투표자가 투표소 내부와 외부에서 이를 검증할 수 있다.

Abstract: A method for verifying operation of an encryption device and an electronic voting verification system using the same are provided to obey a principle of secret voting by assuring normal operation of an electronic voting device at least 50 percents and preventing other users from verifying a voting value of a user at the same time. An encryption device is equipped with an operator for operating encryption, and a random number generator, and has no decryption key but an encryption key. A screen display device displays more than two ciphertexts, which are respectively generated for all plaintexts of a finite plaintext space, in a screen. A first selector selects one among a plurality of ciphertexts for all plaintexts displayed in the screen display device. A second selector selects one of the ciphertexts selected by the user. A certificate issuance device issues a certificate recording the ciphertext not selected by the first selector and encryption information used by the encryption device when the ciphertext is generated, and issues the certificate recording the ciphertext selected by the second selector.
