Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and method for recycling a cloth are provided to manage collection state information of a user by generating and managing cloth ID information of cloth collecting cloth collecting box. CONSTITUTION: A user authenticator(111) identifies a provider of a collected cloth based on a user ID information. A cloth collection information generator(113) generates a cloth ID information including a cloth ID code and user ID information by giving clothes ID code to the clothes. An ID generating unit for the clothing(114) includes the clothing ID code and generates a clothing ID attached to the clothing. A communication unit(115) transmits the clothing ID information to the outside. The clothing collection information generator includes clothing information, an image data photographing the clothing, and a corresponding collection geographical information.
