Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing stem cell culture liquid is provided to effectively treat emphysema, chronic occlusive disease and pulmonary hypertension. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating lung diseases contains stem cells culture liquid. The stem cell culture liquid is prepared by sub-culture of mesenchymal stem cells in a serum-free medium, DMEM. The mesenchymal stem cells are derived from bone marrow. The composition is manufactured in an injection or inhalation. The lung diseases include chronic obstructive lung disease or pulmonary hypertension.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有干细胞培养液的组合物，以有效治疗肺气肿，慢性闭塞性疾病和肺动脉高压。 构成：用于预防和治疗肺部疾病的组合物含有干细胞培养液。 通过在无血清培养基DMEM中将间充质干细胞分次培养来制备干细胞培养液。 间充质干细胞衍生自骨髓。 组合物以注射或吸入制造。 肺部疾病包括慢性阻塞性肺病或肺动脉高压。
