    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a conductive thin film comprising reduction graphene oxide and a carbon nano tube and a transparent electrode including the conductive thin film manufactured by the same are provided to improve productivity by manufacturing the conductive thin film at low temperatures using mixture of weak acids and reducers with halogen elements. CONSTITUTION: A substrate is coated with dispersing solutions dispersing graphene oxide in solvents. The substrate is exposed to steam with solutions including the reducers with halogen elements. The substrate is coated with dispersing solutions which disperse carbon nano tubes reformed with carboxylic acid in the solvents. A conductive thin film is made by exposing the substrate to the steam solutions including the reducers with halogen elements.
