Abstract: A packet scheduling apparatus in a bluetooth environment and a method thereof are provided to reduce waste of a slot and set a bluetooth environment with high performance. A packet scheduling apparatus in a bluetooth environment includes a detection unit, a checking unit, a filling unit, and a transmission unit. The detection unit detects a packet located on a front part of each queue of a plurality of first slaves through a label. The checking unit checks a size of the packet. The filling unit fills a slot by adapting a bin packing method to the packet. The transmission unit transmits the packets filled in the slot to a plurality of second slaves.
