Abstract: PURPOSE: A packet buffering method in a DiffServ domain is provided to interrupt a space which a packet occupies according to a PHB(Per-Hop Behavior) of a packet in handover. CONSTITUTION: A new space is secured based on a PHB when the PHB of a packet to be buffered is not DF(S540). A pointer for indicating the location of a packet is moved to a location of a new space in order to prevent a sequence of packets from being changed within an MN(Mobile Node) buffer space(S600). The MN of the buffer space is controlled. The packet is buffered in the controlled space(S700).
