Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating a fat soluble solvent is provided to easily separate the fat soluble solvent and a water soluble solvent by adjusting lipophilic property of a carbon nanotube layer with voltage difference. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for separating a fat soluble solvent includes a porous plate(125) in which a plurality of penetration holes(125a) is formed and a carbon nanotube layer(121) formed on the porous plate. The carbon nanotubes are installed on the porous plate. One end of the carbon nanotubes is supported by the porous plate and is vertically installed on the porous plate. The apparatus for separating the fat soluble solvent includes a housing(110). A pressure controller includes a piston and/or a pump.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A gas separating apparatus and a gas separating film are provided to improve thermal, mechanical, and electrical performance of the apparatus and to function as a filter which is specialized for preventing the penetration of water molecules. CONSTITUTION: A gas separating apparatus includes a gas inlet(210), a gas separating film(220), and a gas outlet(230). First gas containing vapor is introduced into the gas inlet. The gas separating film suppresses the penetration of vapor from the first gas. The gas separating film discharges second gas through the gas separating film. The gas separating film is based on vertically grown carbon nano-materials. The carbon nano-materials are based on one or more selected from carbon nano-wires, single-walled carbon nano-tubes, dual-walled carbon nano-tubes, and multi-walled carbon nano-tubes.
