Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for reselecting a cell among neighbor cells in a cellular system is provided to comprise the load balance of a terminal which uses each cell. CONSTITUTION: A serving cell base station provides the load information of neighboring cell(S310). The serving cell base station determines a Qoffset value of the neighboring cell base on the received load information(S320). The serving cell base station transmits the determined Qoffset value(S330). The terminal reselects at least one cell among neighboring cells according to a calculated cell level value based on the Qoffset value.

Abstract: 개시된 기술은 셀룰라 시스템에서 인접 셀 간 셀 재 선택을 수행하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 실시예들 중에서, 셀룰라(Cellular) 시스템에서 인접셀(neighbor cell) 간 셀 재 선택을 수행하는 방법은, 서빙셀(serving cell) 기지국이 인접셀의 부하(load) 정보를 제공받는 단계; 상기 제공 받은 부하 정보를 기초로 상기 인접 셀의 Qoffset 값을 결정하는 단계; 및 상기 결정된 Qoffset 값을 단말에 전송하는 단계를 포함한다.
