Abstract: A SWNT-uhf combined sensor and gas insulated switchgear using the same is provided to secure high sensitivity detection while realize measurement frequency band of the UHF sensor in low cost. A SWNT-UHF combined sensor and gas insulated switchgear using the same is comprised of steps: sensing harmonic generated inside of the GIS by utilizing a UHF sensor(S101); sensing more than one of ion of the SF6 gas or products which are disassembled to the ion by utilizing the SWNT sensor(S102); deciding whether partial discharge of the GIS is generated or not based on the UHF sensor and the result of the SWNT sensor.

Abstract translation: 提供了一种SWNT-uhf组合传感器和使用该组合传感器的气体绝缘开关设备，以确保高灵敏度检测，同时以低成本实现UHF传感器的测量频带。 使用该SWNT-UHF组合传感器和气体绝缘开关设备包括以下步骤：通过利用UHF传感器来感测在GIS内产生的谐波（S101）; 通过利用SWNT传感器感测多个SF6气体的离子或分解成离子的产物（S102）; 决定是否根据UHF传感器和SWNT传感器的结果产生GIS的局部放电。
