Abstract: PURPOSE: A biomarker which is specific to lymphatic tumor is provided to accurately and easily diagnose lymphatic tumor and to study lymphoma formation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for diagnosis or prognosis of lymphatic tumor contains an agent for measuring mRNA or protein level of Pellino 1(Genbank ID : 57162). The agent includes an antisense oligonucleotide, primer pair, probe, or antibody which is specific to Pellino 1 gene or protein. A method for providing information for diagnosing or predicting prognosis of lymphatic tumor comprises: a step of measuring mRNA level from a biological sample of a patient with possibility of lymphatic tumor using the primer; and a step of comparing mRNA level with a control group. The sample includes whole blood, serum, plasma, urine, lymphoid, or cells.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供淋巴瘤特异性的生物标志物，以准确，容易地诊断淋巴瘤，并研究淋巴瘤的形成。 构成：用于诊断或预后淋巴瘤的组合物含有测定Pellino1 mRNA或蛋白质水平的试剂（Genbank ID：57162）。 该试剂包括对Pellino1基因或蛋白质特异的反义寡核苷酸，引物对，探针或抗体。 提供用于诊断或预测淋巴瘤预后的信息的方法包括：使用所述引物测定患有淋巴肿瘤的患者的生物样品的mRNA水平的步骤; 以及将mRNA水平与对照组进行比较的步骤。 样品包括全血，血清，血浆，尿液，淋巴细胞或细胞。

Abstract: 본 발명은 림프종에 특이적인 바이오 마커에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 바이오마커인 Pellino 1 유전자 mRNA 또는 이의 단백질 수준을 측정하는 제제를 포함하는 림프종의 진단 또는 예후 예측용 조성물을 포함하는 키트, 상기 마커를 이용한 림프종의 진단 또는 예후 예측을 위한 정보의 제공방법, 및 상기 마커를 이용한 림프종 치료제의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다.
