Abstract: PURPOSE: An electrostatic spraying printing device is provided to spray liquid drops in a circle shape to form an ellipse shape with the major axis which is extended unidirectionally or a linear shape by comprising a guide electrode unit, thereby forming organic patterns which are uniform in length. CONSTITUTION: An electrostatic spraying printing device (100) comprises a nozzle (110), a first voltage feed unit (120), two guide electrodes (131,133), and a conductive mask (140). The nozzle sprays a solution which includes an organic substance. The first voltage feed unit divides the solution which is sprayed from the nozzle by applying positive voltage to the nozzle. The guide electrodes are arranged with a space from each other across the end part of the nozzle, extended toward a first direction, and grounded. The conductive mask is equipped with a linear opening unit which is extended to intersect with the two electrodes, and applied with positive voltage.

Abstract: 정전 분무 인쇄 장치가 개시된다. 정전 분무 인쇄 장치는 노즐, 제1 전압공급부 및 2개의 가이드 전극을 구비한다. 노즐은 유기물질을 포함하는 용액을 분사한다. 제1 전압공급부는 노즐에 양의 전압을 인가하여 노즐로부터 분사되는 용액을 미세 액적들로 쪼깬다. 가이드 전극들은 노즐의 단부를 사이에 두고 서로 이격되도록 배치되고, 제1 방향으로 연장되며, 접지된다. 이러한 정전 분무 인쇄 장치는 균일한 두께의 유기 패턴을 형성할 수 있다.
