    Abstract: PURPOSE: A novel peptide which interferes the interaction between RANK and RANKL is provided to suppress the differentiation of osteoclast and to prevent or treat bone disorder. CONSTITUTION: A peptide which suppresses the interaction between RANKL(receptor activator of NF B ligand) and RANK(receptor activator of NF kappa B) comprises 13 amino acids, wherein 5th-9th amino acid sequences are SDCEC, 11th-13th amino acid sequences are YRR, and 2nd and 10th amino acids are linked each other for cyclization. The peptide has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing bone diseases due to differentiation and activation of osteoclast contains the peptides and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
