CONSTITUTION: A biosensor for sensing lipopolysaccharide is represented by chemical formula 1. In the composite, specific single stranded nucleic acid is combined with electrode. In the chemical formula 1, E indicates the electrode. R1 indicates the alkylene with 1-12 carbons. The ssDNA indicates the single stranded nucleic acid represented by the sequence number 1(SEQ ID NO:1). The electrode is gold, platinum or graphite.
