PURPOSE: A biosensor electrode for detecting lipopolysaccharides (LPS), a forming method thereof, and a reproducing method thereof are provided to implement a biosensor which have high selectivity, high sensitivity, and reproducibility. CONSTITUTION: A forming method of a biosensor electrode for detecting lipopolysaccharides (LPS) is as follows. A metal electrode is provided. A metal electrode / mercaptopropionic acid (MPA) is formed by depositing a 3-MPA layer on the metal electrode, A metal electrode / MPA / NHS is formed by ester-combining the MPA of the metal electrode / MPA and N-hydroxy-succinimide. A metal electrode / MPA / NTA is formed by amide-combining the MPA of the metal electrode / MPA / NHS and NTA-C4-NH2. PURPOSE: A biosensor for sensing lipopolysaccharide and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to sense LPS in real time basis and to easily and rapidly sense detecting materials. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor for sensing lipopolysaccharide is represented by chemical formula 1. In the composite, specific single stranded nucleic acid is combined with electrode. In the chemical formula 1, E indicates the electrode. R1 indicates the alkylene with 1-12 carbons. The ssDNA indicates the single stranded nucleic acid represented by the sequence number 1(SEQ ID NO:1). The electrode is gold, platinum or graphite. A manufacturing method of the composite of the chemical formula 1 comprises the following steps: reacting a compound which is represented by chemical formula 2 with the electrode; reacting the manufactured reactant with carboamide compound which is represented by chemical formula 3; and reacting the manufactured reactant with the single stranded nucleic acid represented by the sequence number 1 in which amine group is combined with 5' part. The manufacturing method additionally performs a step of polishing the electrode before the first step.
