Abstract: An apparatus for forming patterns is disclosed. The apparatus for forming patterns comprises a solution spinning part, a stage part, and a guide electrode part. The solution spinning part comprises a syringe for accommodating the spinning solution; a nozzle connected to the syringe for spinning the spinning solution; and a first voltage generator for applying first voltage to the nozzle. The stage part comprises a stage arranged separately from the nozzle at a fixed interval; and a second voltage generator for applying second voltage to the stage. The guide electrode part comprises first and second guide electrodes which are electrically separated and which are arranged separately from each other by having the nozzle in the middle; a third voltage generator for producing third voltage; and a switching device for applying the third voltage to the first and second guide electrodes by turns. The apparatus for forming patterns can arrange electrospun nanofibers on a substrate in parallel.

Abstract: 패턴 형성 장치가 개시된다. 패턴 형성 장치는 용액방사부, 스테이지부 및 가이드 전극부를 구비한다. 용액방사부는 방사용액을 수용하는 시린지, 시린지에 연결되고 방사용액을 방사하는 노즐 및 노즐에 제1 전압을 인가하는 제1 전압발생장치를 구비한다. 스테이지부는 노즐과 소정 간격 이격되게 배치된 스테이지 및 스테이지에 제2 전압을 인가하는 제2 전압발생장치를 구비한다. 가이드 전극부는 노즐을 사이에 두고 서로 이격되게 배치되고 서로 전기적으로 분리된 제1 가이드 전극과 제2 가이드 전극, 제3 전압을 생성하는 제3 전압발생장치 및 제3 전압을 제1 가이드 전극과 상기 제2 가이드 전극에 교대로 인가하는 스위칭 장치를 구비한다. 이러한 패턴 형성 장치는 전기방사된 나노섬유들을 기판에 평행하게 배열시킬 수 있다.
