본원은 카본 블랙을 이용한 탄화수소의 촉매분해반응에 의한 이산화탄소 배출 없이 수소를 연속적으로 생산하는 방법 및 장치에 있어서, 탄화수소의 촉매분해반응 결과로 생성된 카본 블랙을 특정 크기로 물리적 분쇄하여 촉매로서 재사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
A method for preparing titanium dioxide nanotube is provided to increase the contact area with an electrolyte when the titanium dioxide nanotube is used as a photoelectrode for hydrolysis, thereby increasing the amount of hydrogen generated. A method for preparing titanium dioxide nanotube comprises: a first step of pre-treating titanium foil; a second step of oxidizing the pre-treated titanium foil using anodizing; a third step of washing the oxidized titanium foil and drying it; and a fourth step of manufacturing the dried titanium foil into a nanotube. The titanium foil is 0.25mm in thickness, 45-55mm in width and 45-55mm in length.

A fluidized bed reactor for a catalytic decomposition process of hydrocarbons and a reaction apparatus comprising the same are provided to solve a reactor fouling phenomenon generated when a carbon catalyst is deposited on an inner part of a reactor by continuously discharging manufactured carbon to the outside of the reactor using the fluidized bed reactor and continuously supplying a new carbon black catalyst into the reactor. As a fluidized bed reactor producing hydrogen and carbon only without generation of carbon dioxide through catalytic decomposition of hydrocarbons, a fluidized bed reactor(10) for continuously producing hydrogen without exhaust of carbon dioxide due to catalytic carbon decomposition of the hydrocarbons comprises discharge pipe(11) installed on a wall surface of the reactor to discharge carbon, and a fine nozzle formed on a side face of the discharge pipe to flow gas. The discharge pipe includes a valve(14) for controlling discharge of a carbon-deposited carbon black catalyst.
