    Abstract: PURPOSE: A synthesis method for indium selenide nanoparticles using ultrasonic waves is provided to secure high quality of indium selenide nanoparticles at reduced production costs. CONSTITUTION: A synthesis method for indium selenide nanoparticles using ultrasonic waves comprises the following steps of: mixing indium precursors and selenium precursors in a solvent; and treating the mixed solution with ultrasonic wave so as to synthesize the indium precursors and selenium precursors. The indium precursors and selenium precursors are mixed at a molar ratio of 2:2.5 ~ 2:3.5.
