Abstract: 본 발명은 왕겨 연소를 통한 열에너지를 이용하는 곡물 건조 장치에 관한 것으로, 왕겨를 저장하고, 왕겨 공급 밸브에 의해 왕겨의 공급량이 조절되고, 바람 발생부에서 발생되는 바람을 이용해 왕겨를 공급하는 왕겨 공급부를 포함한다. 또한, 왕겨 공급부에서 공급받은 왕겨를 연소시켜 상부에 연소가스 토출부로 연소가스를 배출시키는 왕겨 연소부, 왕겨의 연소를 위해, 복수의 배관을 통해 왕겨 연소부 내부로 연소 공기를 공급하는 연소공기 공급부를 포함한다. 또한, 연소가스를 일 측에 형성된 연소가스 흡입부로 공급받아 열 교환 후, 타측에 형성된 제1연소가스 배출부를 통해 외부로 배출하며, 열 교환에 의해 생성된 내부의 가열공기를 간접 열풍 방식으로 외부에 공급하는 열 교환부를 포함한다. 또한, 제1연소가스 배출부를 통해 배출된 분진을 분리 후 분진은 저장되고, 연소가스는 배출되는 제2연소가스 배출부 및 왕겨의 공급 및 연소를 제어하며, 가열공기의 온도를 조절하고, 왕겨 연소 시 회분 배출을 제어하는 중앙 제어부를 포함한다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus to dry grain using thermal energy generated by burning rice husks which comprises: a rice husk supplying unit storing rice husks and controlling the amount of the rice husks supplied, and supplying the rice husks using wind generated from a wind generating unit. Also, the apparatus comprises a rice husk burning unit which burns the rice husks supplied from the rice husk supplying unit and emits combustion gas into an upper combustion gas discharging unit, a combustion air supplying unit which supplies the combustion air into the rice husk burning unit through a plurality of pipes to burn the rice husks. Also, the apparatus comprises a heat exchanging unit which receives the combustion gas in a combustion gas aspirating unit formed on one side and exchanges heat, then emits the gas through a first combustion gas discharging unit formed on the other side and supplies the interior heated air generated by the heat exchange to the outside using an indirect hot air drying system. Also, the apparatus comprises a central controlling unit which separates dust discharged from the first combustion gas discharging unit and stores the separated dust and controls a second combustion gas discharging unit emitting the combustion gas and the supply and combustion of the rice husks and adjusts the temperature of heated air, and controls the emission of the combustion gas when burning the rice husks.
