Abstract: PURPOSE: A communication support device suing a MAC protocol and method thereof are provided to perform communication with a low power and a power saving action. CONSTITUTION: An upper layer processor(110) generates data packet for transmitting with a plurality of sensor nodes. A buffer(120) buffers a generated data packet. A data link layer processor(140) processes the buffered data packet by applying an CA-MAC(Context Adaptive Media Access Control) protocol.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for dispersing load in a multi-agent system are provided to improve the performance of a system by moving an agent based on the operating state of the agent. CONSTITUTION: Agents processes a requested work of a user according to an operating state by being generated in a host. An agent platform registers the agent generated and operated in nodes to manage the operating state. A monitor agent calculates a weight value according to the operating state of the agent confirmed by the agene platform to allocate the resource to the agent depending on the weight value. The monitor agent calculates the weight value based on the number of active agents.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A load balancing method for a metadata service and system thereof are provided to supply a seamless service and to minimize the intervention of a manager in a cloud computing environment. CONSTITUTION: An MDS watcher periodically receives a heartbeat from an MDS(Metadata Server). An MDS controller calculates an MDS use value of the MDS value through the heartbeat. The MDS controller determines that the MDS having small MDS value is determined as a shadow MDS and copies a hotspot file to the shadow MDS. If a client inquires a hot spot file, a channel controller connects client to the shadow MDS. An update manager transmits the change information of a metadata lookup table to an MLTS(Metadata Lookup Table Server).
