    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for measuring the viscosity of food for patients is provided to measure the viscosity of food for patients at low costs without using a precise measurement sensor by detecting only a viscosity section in which the food belongs to. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring the viscosity of food for patients is as follows. The viscosity being desired to measure is classified into a plurality of viscosity sections. A plurality of operating torque is set. The number of rotation being expected when the operation torques are respectively applied to motor units within each viscosity section is calculated, thereby being saved as a comparison table. An inspection unit is put into measurement food and the set operation torque from a minimum value to the minimum value is gradually applied. A range of the rotation number of an inspecting unit being sensed is compared with the comparison table so that the viscosity section in which the measurement food belongs to.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a thin film or powder of mesoporous transition metal oxide is provided by using a transition metal oxide sol with uniform nanoparticles. Also, a thin film and powder prepared by the method are provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing a thin film or powder of mesoporous transition metal oxide includes (a) adding a structure-inducer such as surfactants or organic polymer to a transition metal oxide sol of the uniform nanoparticles under stirring; (b) coating the resultant mixture on a substrate to form a thin film, or evaporating a solvent under reduced pressure to form a gel; (c) aging the thin film or gel at the constant temperature and relative humidity, for example at a substantially uniform temperature of 0 to 30 deg.C and at a substantially uniform relative humidity of 30 to 80 % to form meso-structure thin film or powders having hexagonal or cubic structure; and (d) optionally, eliminating the structure-inducer such as surfactants or organic polymer from the obtained meso-structure thin film or powder by sintering or ultraviolet-irradiating.
