    Abstract: An optical measuring device, an optical measuring member and a fine particle measuring apparatus using the same are provided to improve measuring speed by flowing minute particle which is a measurement target into several flow channels and measuring optics through irradiating measurement light in one flow channel. An optical measuring device comprises: multiple flow channels(11,12,13) arranged in a scanning direction of measurement light; and multiple measurement lights(21,22,23) scanned in the same direction with a direction in which the flow channel is arranged. The optical measuring device is formed in the flow channel and performs the optical measurement of minute particle. In case one measurement light is irradiated in one flow channel, the other measurement light is not irradiated in the other flow channel.
