Abstract: PURPOSE: A water purifying equipment using ozone is provided, which can pass air through the outer circumstance of an ultraviolet lamp of an ozone generator by the pressure of water flowing into an ejector without any special air supplying device and mix the generated ozone with water to sterilize water evenly. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) an ozone generator (3) that is made of an ozone generating tube which is vertically installed, covered with a top cap (32) and a bottom cap (33), has an inlet and an outlet, in which two ultraviolet light lamps (34) are set and connected to an ultraviolet lay stabilizer (8) ; (ii) an ozone mixing device (5) in the form of a U tube (54) which has an ejector (51) in which a mixing impeller (51) is inserted and at the side of which are connected to an ozone discharge line from the ozone generator (3) for mixing water with ozone and for sterilizing water evenly; and (iii) ultraviolet light stabilizer (8) that is connected to the terminals of the ultraviolet lamp (34).

Abstract: 본 고안은 오존에 의해 물을 연속적이고 균일하게 살균 정수하기 위한 오존에 의한 살균 정수장치에 관한 것으로서, 그 목적으로 하는 것은, 이젝터를 통과하는 물의 흐름압력에 의해 공기를 자외램프의 외주를 통과하도록 하여 오존을 발생시키고 또 발생된 오존을 이젝터로 유입되게 하여 물에 균일가게 혼합함으로서, 자외선램프의 외주로 공기를 통과시키기 위한 별도의 공기공급수단을 구비하지 않고도 오존에 의해 물을 균일하게 살균할 수 있는 오존에 의한 살균 정수장치를 제공하고자 하는 것에 있다.
본 고안에서 제공하는 오존에 의한 살균 정수장치는, 중공(中空)의 통 형상인 오존발생관(31)과 오존발생관(31)의 상.하측 개방부에 결합된 상.하부캡(32,33)과 오존발생관(31)의 내부에 수용되고 상부가 상기 상부캡(32)에 고정된 자외선램프(34)와 오존발생관(31)의 내부와 통하도록 상기 상부캡(32)에 고정된 공기필터(38)로 된 오존발생수단(3)과, 중공의 관 형상임과 함께 길이방향의 일측 단부로부터 축방향 내측으로는 동일 직경의 노즐수용구멍(51a)이 형성되고 길이방향의 타측 단부로부터 축방향 내측으로는 원추형의 혼합날개수용구멍(51b)이 형성되어 있으며 노즐수용구멍(51a)과 혼합날개수용구멍(51b)의 경계부에 단면적이 축소된 감압부(51c)가 형성되어 있음과 함께 상기 노즐수용구멍(51a)에 노즐(51f)이 수용된 이젝터(51)와 길이방향의 일단부가 상기 이� ��터(51)의 혼합날개수용구멍(51b)의 선단부에 연결된 U자관(54)으로 되어 상기 이젝터(51)의 노즐수용구멍(51a)이 연결관(7)에 의해 오존발생관(31)의 내측 하부와 연결된 오존혼합수단(5)과, 상기 자외선램프(34)의 각 단자에 연결된 자외선안정기(8)를 포함한다.
본 고안의 오존에 의한 살균 정수장치는, 이젝터(51)의 노즐(51f)을 통하여 U자관(54)으로 물이 분사되는 과정에서 이젝터(51)의 감압부(51c)에서 발생되는 감압현상에 의한 흡입력에 의해 공기필터(38)를 통하여 자외선발생관(31)의 내부로 공기가 유입되고 자외선발생관(31)의 내부로 유입된 공기가 자외선램프(34)의 외주를 통하여 하강하는 과정에서 오존이 발생되며 발생된 오존은 이젝터(51)의 감압부로 유입되어 이젝터(51)의 혼합날개수용구멍(51b)에서 물에 균일하게 혼합됨으로서 물이 연속적이고 균일하게 살균된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for sterilizing and purifying water in a water tank are provided to uniformly first sterilize water by continuously mixing water circulated in a water tank with ozone, and uniformly second sterilize the water by continuously irradiating ultraviolet rays on the first sterilized water, thereby completely and effectively sterilizing the water in the water tank. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the processes of continuously and uniformly first sterilizing water by uniformly mixing the ozone with the water flown in from the lower side of a water connecting space (6) formed at the outer side of the air passage (3) as generating ozone by irradiating ultraviolet rays to the air passing through an air passage (3) of the outer side of an upright ultraviolet ray lamp (2); and discharging the sterilized water to the upper side of the water connecting space as continuously and uniformly second sterilizing the first sterilized water which is transferred to the upper side of the water connecting space (6) by the injection force of the ozone using ultraviolet rays of the ultraviolet ray lamp (2).
