Abstract: PURPOSE: An operation method of a P2P system for preventing the duplication of transmission is provided to efficiently transfer P2P data. CONSTITUTION: First path information is calculated between a source peer and a first peer(S410). The source peer maintains predetermined data. The first peer requests the predetermined data to the source peer. Second path information is calculated between the source peer and the second peer(S420). If the first path and the second path are duplicated with each other, the first peer or the second peer is rejected(S440).
