Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for recovering failure in a directed diffusion routing protocol is provided to rapidly recognize the occurrence of a failure when the failure happens in a path transmitting data and to recover the failure promptly. CONSTITUTION: A first node transmits the data to a second node(S210), and the second node is different from the first node. If an ACK code is not received from the second node(S220), the first node re-transmits the data to a third node(S230). The third node is different from the first and second nodes. The first and second nodes are located on a reinforced path.
