Abstract: 본발명의탄소나노튜브제조방법은고분자를용매에용해하여용액을만드는시스용액제조단계; 탄소나노튜브를분산제및 용매와혼합하거나, 탄소나노튜브의표면에작용기를결합시키고용매와혼합하여분산액또는현탁액을만드는코어용액제조단계; 중공사노즐을이용하여상기시스용액과코어용액을응고액으로방사하는방사단계; 및상기시스용액과코어용액의방사로형성된필라멘트를연신하는연신단계를포함한다. 본발명의제조방법은제조과정중 탄소나노튜브집합체및 복합필라멘트의구조를용이하게제어할수 있으며, 탄소나노튜브의함량이높고전기적, 기계적물성이우수한탄소나노튜브복합필라멘트를제조할수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing carbon nanotube composite filament is provided to facilitate a structure control of carbon nanotube assembly and composite filament and to enable use of carbon nanotube of high concentration. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nanotube composite filament(100) includes a core(110) including the carbon nanotube, and a sheath(120) including a polymer surrounding the core. A method for preparing the carbon nanotube comprises the steps of: dissolving a polymer in a solvent to prepare the sheath; mixing the carbon nanotube with a dispersing agent and solvent, or bonding a functional group to the surface of the carbon nanotube and mixing with a solvent to obtain a core solution by preparing a dispersion and suspension; spinning the sheath solution and the core solution using a hollow-fiber nozzle; and extending the filament.
