Abstract: PURPOSE: An automatic real-time composing method of SNS channeling for related business regarding natural language questions is provided to reduce costs generated during distribution and service processes by accurately analyzing the needs of consumers. CONSTITUTION: A question of a user is analyzed by an Ontology based parser (100) for automatically being provided to stores and SNS in real-time. A channeling module (120) provides bidirectional real-time SNS between the user and the stores, receives questions in a natural language form from the user and provides an Auto SNS without the limit of space and time to the user.
