Abstract: PURPOSE: A beam forming method and an apparatus for the preexistence of a license user and a recognition radio user are provided to transmit information to the recognition radio receiver without interference on the user. CONSTITUTION: A beam forming method and an apparatus for the preexistence of a license user and a recognition radio user are as follows. A coding method is coded in a coding method by inputting user data bit and a control data bit(S10). The coded output signal is inputted at a recognition radio weighted decision after modulating the signal into a modulation system(S20). Channel information received to a license user receiver is estimated in the license user channel estimator(S30). The channel information presumed from the license user channel estimator of the license user receiver is transmitted to the license user transmitting terminal(S40). The information transmitted to the license user transmitting terminal is transmitted by the recognition radio weighted decision through the core network(S60).
