Abstract: 모바일 디바이스에서의 애플리케이션 추천 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 애플리케이션 추천 장치는 모바일 디바이스에서 실행되는 복수의 애플리케이션의 실행 정보를 추출하는 실행 정보 추출부; 상기 모바일 디바이스의 위치 정보를 추출하는 위치 정보 추출부; 상기 모바일 디바이스를 이용하는 사용자의 활동 정보를 추출하는 활동 정보 추출부; 및 상기 실행 정보, 상기 위치 정보 및 상기 활동 정보 중 적어도 하나의 상황(context) 정보를 이용하여 상기 복수의 애플리케이션 중 적어도 하나의 애플리케이션을 추천하는 추천부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 사용자의 상황 정보를 이용하여 사용자의 상황에 적합한 애플리케이션을 자동으로 추천해줌으로써 사용자의 상황 인지를 통해 소모되는 시간을 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An application recommending tool and method are provided to automatically recommend an application suitable for the situation of a user by using situation information of the user, thereby reducing time consumed by the user to recognize a situation.
