Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and device for optical fiber is provided to equally allocate optical fiber on the phase by ensuring effective containment of optical fiber from vibrating vertically to the location of optical fiber. CONSTITUTION: A method and device for optical fiber includes the following components. An optical manufacturing device is vertically set on a line concentrator(24,44). The device is equipped with a covering device(16a,16b,42), a rotating roller(15,15b,51). An array guide(30,30a,30b,30c) which looks similar to a plate is set on the upper line of the covering device(16a,16b,42). An array guide(30,30a,30b,30c) is formed in an arch form on the optical fiber or on the side of the optical fiber. The array guide(30, 30a, 30b, 30c) prevents any vibration of optical fiber in the vertical direction to the optical fiber or the side of the optical fiber. The device enables users to equally allocate optical fiber.
