Abstract: A connection element for joining components is provided to simplify the engaging and disengaging process for the components to enable economic and improved manufacture of the components. A connection element(1) joins a second component(5) and a first component(3). The connection element includes a pivot bearing(33) to support the first component and a connection portion(29) to directly fit the connection element to the second component. The connection portion is at least partially inserted into at least one of recesses(11) of the second component. The connection portion includes a fixing units capable of fixedly attaching to at least one of recesses of the second component.
